Precision Ag Leader Ryan Pieper Joins Ag Express Electronics as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer

Des Moines, Iowa – [December 27, 2025] – Ag Express Electronics has appointed Ryan Pieper as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer (CRMO). In this role, Pieper will lead revenue growth, oversee sales and marketing strategy, and advance customer engagement initiatives. His work will strengthen the company’s market presence and deliver greater value to customers and partners.

Pieper brings more than 20 years of experience in precision agriculture and commercial leadership. He has a proven record of driving growth, building high-performing teams, and fostering strong customer relationships. Most recently, he led aftermarket ag sales for Topcon in the U.S. and Canada. There he contributed to both early and widespread adoption of precision ag solutions and roll out innovative steering and guidance technologies in key farm markets.

Over the course of his career, Pieper has held roles field service, product support, product management, sales leadership, and enterprise sales. This experience gives him a complete view of the precision agriculture ecosystem – from the farm to the dealer to the OEM. He has contributed to some of the first commercial autosteer platforms for Trimble, driven sales growth across major North American farm regions and worked closely with dealers and ag retailers to integrate technology that improves efficiency and profitability.
