Ag Express Electronics — parent company of Ag Express and Integrated Circuit Works — is pleased to announce the appointment of Brian Teague as chief revenue and marketing officer (CRMO). Teague brings over two decades of leadership experience in driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency and building high-performance sales teams in domestic and international markets.
“The agricultural electronics market presents tremendous opportunities for growth and innovation. Ag Express Electronics has built an impressive foundation over three decades, and I look forward to helping scale our capabilities in both agriculture and emerging markets,” says Teague. “The company’s commitment to quality electronics repair, coupled with its employee-owned structure, creates a unique platform to drive sustainable growth while maintaining exceptional service standards.”
In his new role, Teague will drive Ag Express Electronics’ sales and marketing strategy, overseeing both departments and ensuring the company’s continued expansion in existing and new markets. His extensive experience in leadership positions and a proven track record of scaling sales teams and optimizing business processes make him an ideal fit for this position.
With a strong background in sales, finance, marketing and lean business transformations, Teague is known for his ability to turn underperforming sales teams into high-achieving groups; develop measurable marketing strategies; and implement lean processes across various departments. His focus on hiring top talent, creating actionable sales data and streamlining business operations has been key to his success.
“Brian Teague will be a fantastic addition to the Ag Express team,” says Eric Randolph, CEO of Ag Express Electronics. “His exceptional leadership and strategic vision will be invaluable as we continue to expand our product offerings and grow our presence in the agricultural sector and beyond. With Brian at the helm of our sales and marketing divisions, we are confident the company will continue to innovate and strengthen its position as a leader in the industry.”
Ag Express Electronics is 100% employee-owned and is strongly committed to its employees and the communities it serves. Since its inception more than 30 years ago, the company has delivered solutions, sales, service and support for electronic devices used in agriculture. In 2023, the organization announced the establishment of Integrated Circuit Works, a division of Ag Express Electronics focusing on ISO 2001:2015 repair services, printed circuit board assembly and manufacturing in industries beyond agriculture, such as construction, public works, forestry and more.
