How long will it take to Repair my unit
Normal turnaround time on "in-season" repairs is 24 hours. For example ~ if we receive your unit on Monday, it will be repaired on Monday. It will be tested, run overnight and if it passes all tests it will be shipped back to you on Tuesday. Issues that can extend the repair time are intermittent issues or the availability of custom parts.

It is NOT necessary to contact Ag Express prior to sending us your product. However, if you want to communicate with us previous to shipping ~ feel free.
How do I send you a unit for Repair
Fill out & print this Repair Form
If you don’t have a printer, simply write us a note with the pertinent information. Enclose this information in the box with the unit(s) you are sending and select the Ag Express location you want to ship your unit to. Typically, you would choose the location based on geography for quickest shipping times.
Ship your unit(s) to Ag Express prepaid by UPS® or other expedient and reputable carrier. Use high quality and sufficient packaging to insure that your unit is protected in transit. If your unit has an LCD or a Touch Screen, take special precautions that those areas of your unit are protected during shipping. Take special safeguards that connectors or secondary units are not coming in contact with the display.
How Ag Express Ships
Ag Express typically utilizes UPS® for our return shipment carrier even if the package is received from another carrier.
Not liable for shipping damage
Ag Express Electronics is NOT liable for shipping damage. Shipping damage must be claimed with delivering carrier. Once the unit is repaired by Ag Express, we will not insure the package unless insurance is requested and paid for by customer (prior) to shipping.
