Note 1: We repair the unit you send us. For you, this means
no hassle to change Software, Activation or Subscriptions. In
addition no Paperwork/Claims to fill out.
Note 2: Our normal repair turnaround time is 24 to
48 hours from receiving the unit.
Note 3: Original displays, StarFire® receivers, and
RTK radios are repaired at our Sulphur Springs, IN location only.
Note 4: We can repair approximately 80% of these
GreenStar® units. An example of a unit that would
not be repairable is a
Receiver that has been corroded internally by moisture
contamination.
