Convert Hiniker™ Anhydrous Controllers
to the GreenStar® Rate Controller

Overview: For your customers who want to convert their Hiniker™ anhydrous systems to a John Deere® Rate Controller - Ag Express has a solution for you. Hiniker™ Models 8100, 8150, 8160 & 8605 can all be converted and you will be able to utilize most of the Hiniker™ components. In the majority of cases, only the servo valve and harness will need to be replaced. This not only saves time but is a major cost savings for the customer.

Ordering Instructions

If you choose a Fast Response Valve from the table below in Section 1, it can serve as your Regulation valve as well as you Shutoff valve. In addition, you will also need an AE3178 cable (pictured below) to complete this setup. If you choose a Standard Response Valve from the table below in Section 2, you will also be required to select a shutoff valve from Section 3 plus an AE3179 cable (pictured below) to complete this setup.

Special Ordering Instructions for Hiniker™ Starflow™

If your customer has a Hiniker™ Starflow™ model valve and flowmeter, both of these will need to be replaced. Simply choose the appropriate valve from Section 1 or Section 2 and in addition, you will also need a flowmeter*. For Starflow™ conversions you will also need the appropriate adapter cable for the valve setup and flowmeter chosen.
